Terms
1. The quote
The price shown by the calculator is an offer to provide a DJ for the date, hours and venue you entered.
2. Payment
You pay a 25% deposit when you book, by card through our payment provider. The deposit secures the date. The balance is due 7 days before the event — we email you a payment link before it is due. If you book fewer than 7 days before the event, the full amount is taken in one payment.
3. Cancellation by you
The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. For the balance:
- —Cancel more than 28 days before the event: the balance is not payable.
- —Cancel 28 to 14 days before: 50% of the total is payable.
- —Cancel within 14 days: the full total is payable.
4. Cancellation by us
If we cannot supply the booked selector (illness, emergency), we offer a replacement of the same tier or better, or a full refund including the deposit.
5. The DJ
You book a tier, not a named DJ. We match an available DJ of that tier and send you their details as soon as they are confirmed. The DJ will arrive with the equipment listed on your event sheet. If you need to change anything after booking, contact us.
6. Your venue
You are responsible for ensuring the venue permits a DJ, has power in the right place, and that the DJ can load in and set up safely. Tell us about stairs, parking restrictions or sound limits before booking.
7. Invoices
Payment is by card through our payment provider. Invoices are provided on request.
