Frequently asked

Do I have to create an account to get a price?

No. You get a real price on the home page without logging in, without an email address and without a quote form. An account is only created if you decide to book.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. The calculator shows every line — DJ fee, travel and add-ons. The total is what you pay: a 25% deposit when you book, the balance 7 days before the event. The only extra is a ×1.25 fee if the event is within 7 days — those bookings are paid in full, in one payment.

How does booking work?

Get your price, tell us about the night and pay the deposit — that confirms the booking. We then match an available DJ of the tier you booked and email you their details, usually within 24 hours. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

When do I pay the balance?

Seven days before your event. We email you a payment link before it's due, and the same link lives in your account page. Bookings made within 7 days of the event are paid in full, in one payment.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

The deposit is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. Cancel more than 28 days before the event and the balance is not payable. 28 to 14 days before, 50% of the total is payable. Within 14 days, the full total is payable. If we cannot supply your selector, you get a full refund including the deposit.

What is always included?

An insured DJ, a named contact you can reach during the event, and a written event sheet the DJ reads before they arrive.

Can I pick my DJ?

No — that is how we keep it simple. You pick a tier and we book in a vetted DJ of that level. You get their name and details as soon as they are confirmed.

What if my venue is outside London?

The calculator covers Zones 1 to 6. Outside the M25 we do not quote automatically — tell us what you need on the contact page and we will look.

Can I see the DJ before the night?

Your DJ's details arrive by email once you've paid — usually within 24 hours. Most communication before the event goes through Selector so nothing gets lost.
