What we collect
When you get a price, we collect nothing — no name, no email, no cookie tied to you. When you hold a date or book, we take your name, email, phone and event details. We need these to run the booking.
How we use it
To confirm your booking, send you the event sheet, process your payment, and contact you about the event. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
The DJ booked for your event sees the event sheet — date, times, venue, music notes. They get your contact details 48 hours before the event. Our staff can see bookings to manage them.
Payment data
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. We delete marketing data on request.
